Hi, my name is Jason Alexander, I am a game and level designer. I specialize in designing and developing 3D worlds and environments as well as experience in creating 2D pixel art worlds.

I am well versed in the use of Unreal Engine 4 with experience in using Unity.

I have great team leadership skills where I have confidently lead teams from 2 - 5 for projects related to games. I am able to confidently voice my opinion on topics and ensure my team produces a good end product.

Train Run - Endless Runner

This game won the HND Computer Games Development award.

SpaceMechanic

SpaceMechanic was about being a mechanic on a spacecraft. You have to locate the correct parts for your ship and repair it before it is too late.

The Flame:
The original plan for this piece was to create a scene based off of the kiln of the first flame in Dark Souls 3. I chose a different approach but kept the flame idea. I created a luscious and lively land and after a terrible war the land was destroyed but the flame that protected the land remained.

Trail By The River:
Was an idea I had from researching forest scenery and landscapes. I took those ideas into Unreal Engine 4 and tried my own take on it.

I call this small UE4 scene "Happy Place" somewhere you can go an let go of all your worries and enjoy nature. (Click each image for full size)

About

I am 22 years old and have many other hobbies outside of level design.

Those hobbies include graphic design, video editing, content creation and live streaming. I have a drive for learning new things and I am always looking for new software to try as well as coming up with new and interesting ideas.
